 Each and every Wednesday evening throughout the summer, scooterists from the Central CT Scooter Club gather here at Vespa Hartford/Scooter Centrale to ride together as a group. If you've never taken a ride with other scooters, it's a blast! Rides are usually from 6pm-8pm. The group usually rides for an hour or so and finds a good place for dinner. The scooter group is open to all makes and models of scooters. Rider Safety Issues
Whether you're just starting out on your first Vespa or you've been riding Vintage Vespas for years, your safety is extremely important.
We recommend a Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) RiderCourse to improve your knowledge and enjoyment of riding. In most states, the MSF RiderCourse qualifies graduates for a motorcycle license test waiver and may also result in lower insurance premiums. Watch out for the other person and always wear a helmet, proper eyewear and appropriate clothing.
